Our approach

We keep website tracking to a minimum and do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate, cookie-free website statistics. We also use Google Analytics 4 only in accordance with the analytics preference you select.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are used, how visitors reach the site and how the website performs. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded unless you accept optional analytics. If you accept, Google may set cookies including _ga and related identifiers to distinguish visits and produce usage reports.

Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and advertising user data remain disabled. You can reject optional analytics without affecting the website or its forms. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and the site attempts to remove its accessible Google Analytics cookies; you can also remove cookies through your browser settings.

Security and website forms

The enquiry and support forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile may use limited cookies or similar browser storage where necessary to perform this security function. It is not used by Opriva for advertising or behavioural profiling.

This processing is necessary to protect the form, website and email systems. If Turnstile cannot run, you can contact us directly at hello@opriva.co.uk or on 01903 712999.

Managing browser storage

You can remove or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking technologies required for security may prevent the enquiry or support form from working, but the rest of the website should remain available.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the analytics, marketing or other browser technologies used by the website change.
